What Your Notice Must Include
To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include: a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; the specific URL on dailytrivia.click where it appears; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification through the same Contact page, including the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
